A Harbinger of Dawn and Order
2008 version
Fated was that locked moment
When fate momentarily locked us
In this grief-stricken song, never to be free
Ended the days of man
And manned the days of end
Conquerors we raised, and parted the sea
Fated for an eternity in infinity
Eternal pawns of the fateful infinite
While the eternally infinite fate
Watched with glee
A piece of tumbling heaven
Tumbling from heaven and falling
In the carte of the grand meal, I was just a pea
Chaos within order
And order within chaos
From naught I shall create, because now I see
Everything
2025 book version – completely rewritten
From the first breath to the final cry,
The wheel turns, unbroken and blind.
In the hands of one who dares to try,
The fate of the lost is defined.
The day will come when the stars align,
And shadows kneel to the flame.
The world remade by design,
None shall remember its name.
When order rises from the dust,
It stands on the bones of kings.
A crown is forged in fire and trust,
And bound by the weight it brings.
At the march’s end, the light will break,
To judge both the sword and the hand.
The dawn will demand what the night could not take,
And claim the heart of the land.
Yet in the silence that follows the fight,
The Harbinger stands alone.
For every dawn demands its price —
And that price becomes his throne.
